Como Desarrollador de CRM de D365, serás considerado un profesional con conocimientos que aplica su experiencia en la materia para diseñar e implementar soluciones CRM para nuestros clientes en todas las fases de los proyectos de Avanade.
Resolverás problemas utilizando soluciones CRM mientras haces de enlace entre los clientes de Avanade y los equipos de proyecto compuestos por Gerentes de Proyecto, Arquitectos de Back-End y Front-End (UX), y otros profesionales de CE.
Este rol ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar para el socio número uno de Microsoft con un enfoque sin igual en el desarrollo personal y la formación tanto en tecnología como en habilidades de consultoría más suaves. Together we do what matters.

Skills and experiences Algunos conocimientos de CRM u otro software de gestión empresarial, especialmente si conoces Microsoft Dynamics
Tienes una pasión por aprender junto con un buen sentido comercial y gestión del tiempo
Comprensión de las prácticas comerciales estándar de la industria respaldadas por CRM
Uso de entornos de Software como Servicio (SaaS), Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, Microsoft .NET, etc.
Habilidades de gestión de clientes y la capacidad de trabajar con ellos para desarrollar y gestionar un plan de acción

What you'll do Consultar y asesorar a nuestros clientes y partes interesadas internas sobre el uso de la tecnología para resolver problemas empresariales
Participar en talleres con clientes para analizar y diseñar soluciones para flujos de trabajo
Escribir especificaciones técnicas y colaborar con el equipo funcional para asegurar que los requisitos se entiendan
Ayudar en la escalación y resolución de problemas de CRM
Prototipar, configurar y probar los procesos empresariales respectivos
Habilitar el diseño de la arquitectura conceptual y las soluciones técnicas
Mejorar el negocio de tus clientes identificando desafíos potenciales y apoyando la mejora continua a través de su sistema CRM
