.Nous recherchons un Finance Control Officer & ESG Reporting Manager H/F pour rejoindre les équipes Finance d'AXA Partners.
Vous êtes chargé des contrôles financiers internes et des rapports environnementaux.
Vous reporterez au Responsable de la comptabilité et de la fiscalité du groupe et des contrôles financiers.Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes: Responsable du contrôle internePrépare les instructions du groupe sur la mise en œuvre du contrôle interne de premier niveau relatif à la famille financière au sein d'AXA Assistance.Représente la famille financière et sert de contact principal pour l'équipe de gestion des risques.
Assurer la liaison avec l'équipe de gestion des risques pour garantir l'alignement des risques et des contrôles.Définir les contrôles en collaboration avec les équipes financières locales et les contrôleurs internes.Contribuer à la mise en œuvre correcte des contrôles dans l'outil de reporting Scala.Communiquer aux équipes financières les instructions IFC reçues du Groupe AXA et de la Gestion des Risques.Vous êtes responsable de la mise en œuvre de la politique de gestion des risques de l'entreprise et de la mise en place de la politique de gestion des risques de l'entreprise.Vous serez en charge de la mise en place de l'organisation et de la gestion de l'ensemble des activités de l'entreprise, de l'organisation de la formation et de la gestion de l'information.Responsable du reporting environnemental IPA SA SII et obligations de reportingPréparer les instructions du groupe en matière de rapports environnementaux.Diriger, coordonner et participer à la collecte d'informations auprès des différents interlocuteurs (RH, Opérations, Achats, indicateurs d'empreinte carbone).Vérifier la qualité et la cohérence des données soumises, demander des modifications si nécessaire avant de valider les fichiers de collecte de données sur PROGRESS (outil utilisé par le Groupe AXA pour le reporting ESG) et préparer la présentation pour la signature du CFO.Agir en tant qu'interface principale entre l'équipe de reporting environnemental du Groupe (PBRC et/ou Sustainability), l'équipe de développement durable locale et le réseau de contributeurs (partage d'informations, support de 1er niveau, etc.).
Coordonner les autorisations du groupe.
Préparer des rapports environnementaux réguliers, en se concentrant sur les aspects financiers des initiatives environnementales.
Analyser les KPI et justifier les variations.Rendre compte de toutes les données dans l'outil de reporting du groupe (Magnitude).Agir en tant que contact d'Axa Partners en matière de reporting environnemental pour le groupe AXA.Rédiger l'ensemble des processus de collecte de données nécessaires au reporting environnemental.
