.Qué buscamos: Queremos incorporar un consultor Senior a nuestra área de servicios a empresas que nos ayude en nuestra misión de acompañar a clientes corporativos a impulsar nuevas formas de organizarse, liderar y trabajar. El perfil que buscamos necesita tener experiencia en consultoría y dedicará su tiempo a hacer desarrollo de negocio (ayudando a abrir nuevos clientes), a preventa (diseñar y hacer seguimiento de propuestas) y a coordinar y ejecutar proyectos complejos de gestión del cambio, rediseño organizacional, coaching de producto y formación.Por qué te interesa esta oferta: Te permitirá ser protagonista en proyectos de transformación en empresas líderes y referentes en sus mercados como Perfumes Loewe, Idealista, Continental, Lefebvre, Inditex, BNP Paribas, entre muchas otras. Serás una pieza fundamental en eldesarrollo de nuestra unidad de servicios a empresas, que crece a un ritmo del 30% anual Formarás parte de un ecosistema de personas de enorme talento como son nuestros Product Coaches y entrenadores (más de 80 entre los mejores de España y Europa) y alumnos de la escuela (más de 1700, muchos de ellos trabajando en empresas de alto nivel) Trabajarás en un entorno flexible y principalmente remoto, diseñado para el crecimiento personal y profesional.
