We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Operations Manager to join our team in Madrid. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Madrid office. Key Responsibilities:Office Administration:Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to support the needs of the team.Coordinate and execute administrative processes to enhance office functionality.Expatriate Support:Facilitate the relocation process for expatriates moving to Madrid.Assist with visa applications and compliance to ensure a smooth transition.Manage accommodation arrangements, including apartments for expats.Provide support for transportation, local orientation, and other settling-in services.Communication and Coordination:Act as a liaison between the Madrid office and other global offices to ensure seamless communication and coordination.Collaborate with various departments to address operational needs and enhance cross-functional collaboration.Compliance and Legal Matters:Stay informed about local regulations and ensure compliance with labor laws and other relevant requirements.Work closely with legal and HR teams to address any legal or compliance issues related to office operations and expatriate relocation.Vendor Management:Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality service delivery.Manage relationships with local suppliers and contractors.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting.Proven experience in office administration and operations management.Familiarity with expatriate relocation processes, visa requirements, and settlement services.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to office operations and expatriate relocation
