Contamos con el apoyo de 4.000 trabajadores distribuidos en 6 países, operando en 13 unidades productivas y 3 centros de ingeniería para atender a más de 100 clientes.¿Te apasionan las plantas productivas? ¿Quieres participar activamente en los lanzamientos de productos?En Draxton Teruel, ubicado en Utrillas, queremos incorporar a una persona que asuma el rol de Customer Quality Engineer. En esta posición gestionarás la calidad del producto fabricado en interno, tratarás con importantes clientes del sector.Esta posición reportara a Dirección de Calidad. Principales funciones: Informar mensualmente de la situación de rechazo en planta y cliente al responsable de Calidad Planta. Contactar con Responsables Calidad Planta Cliente, detallando referencia afectada, tipo de defecto y alcance del mismo recopilando toda la información posible sobre el incidente, en caso de incidente de calidad en la Planta del cliente. Implantar en cliente las acciones de contención necesarias, realizando el análisis de causas del incidente, implantando las acciones correctivas y validando la efectividad de las mismas. Gestionar la selección del stock en riesgo, en caso necesario, bien realizándola directamente, bien dirigiendo la misma con el apoyo de algún refuerzo externo. Analizar las devoluciones del cliente acorde a procedimientos, determinando su aceptación, selección o reparos, en cuyo caso actuará con el cliente para su clarificación. Realizar análisis de la defectología, en los casos que corresponda, que ayude a la comprensión del mismo y a la búsqueda de la causa raíz que lo originó y consiguientes acciones de corrección. Tomar parte en las reuniones de estudio de factibilidad y revisión de nuevos proyectos, con previa revisión de las normas implicadas. Realizar el seguimiento y documentación necesaria para presentar en PPAP. Controlar pruebas en planta de los nuevos productos, su seguimiento y su correcta verificación. Presentar las primeras muestras y consecución de la homologación por parte del cliente. Hacer el seguimiento de los productos activos planificando visitas periódicas a las plantas de los clientes.
