.Responsibilities Candidate will join the Communications team in Madrid, in charge of press relations, corporate communications, internal communications, events, advertising and branding, as well as CSR support. It is a small team with a great atmosphere.The VIE will aid the Head of Communication for Iberia in all tasks to ensure the correct application of the Global Banking and Investment Solutions (GBIS) Communications strategy and the alignment and consistency of all communication actions within the country.The department also has a Group mission and is in contact with the other Société Générale Group Entities in Spain (ALD and SGEF). The responsibilities will cover:· corporate communications· media relations· events· advertising and branding· CSR supportSome of the main tasks to be performed include:· the elaboration of a daily press clipping· preparation of internal communications (appointment news, invitations, internal campaigns, newsletter elaboration, CSR announcements etc.)· press release translations· attending press inquiries· aid in the preparation of press conferences,· intranet and external web management,· social media monitoring and event preparation· managementDue to the VIE eligibility criteria a questionnaire will be provided. Please make sure to answer all the questions for an efficient analysis of your application.Profile required PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply for a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.To facilitate the examination of your application by our English-speaking managers, we thank you for applying in English.Studies & experience:· Graduate with a Master's degree from Business/Engineering SchoolLanguage skills:· Fluent in English (B2-C1)· Fluent in Spanish (B2-C1)Technical, operational & Soft skills:· Proficient/Good command of MS Office· Good communication and presentation skills· Interest in the digital world· Knowledge of the social media· Knowledge of the banking industry· Willingness to learn and grow· Great sense of risk management and confidentiality· Team playerThe VIE assignment in a nutshellThis VIE in Spain is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months .In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
