Be warned, this is a very hands-on role, but we know you can do it.What you'll be doingProviding compliance domain expertise to 1LoDOffering solutions to compliance problems statementsActing as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD ComplianceLeading the charge in steering our retail products through the complex regulatory landscapeEnsuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curveIdentifying potential compliance risks in our retail offeringsCreating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challengesCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge compliance policies that not only meet legal requirements but also drive business growthEmpowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need through impactful training sessions, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation processServing as the go-to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our retail products shine in audits and setting new standards in regulatory reporting and engagementWhat you'll needA degree from a top-tier universityA track record of outstanding achievement in several different areasA STEM or another highly quantitative degreePrevious experience in top-tier investment banking/PE, strategy consulting, or a fast-growing technology companyExcellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact.Highly adaptable skills for working in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlinesCompensation rangeCompensation will be discussed during the interview process
