Para una pequeña empresa de materiales para grandes proyectos de construcción en rápido crecimiento, estamos colaborando en la búsqueda de un Analista de Negocios Senior (Senior Business Analyst) con experiencia en la implementación y optimización de Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.Duración del Proyecto :Fase 1 : Durante 3-4 semanas (a tiempo parcial, 20 horas por semana).Fase 2 : A partir de Septiembre aproximadamente 6 meses (a tiempo completo).Ubicación : Barcelona, España (presencialidad semanal requerida).Idiomas : Español e Inglés.Identificación y Mapeo de Procesos:Analizar y documentar los procesos actuales de la empresa en áreas como finanzas, ventas, compras, logística y CRM.Identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización de procesos.Planificación y Estrategia de Implementación:Alinear los procesos de negocio identificados con las funcionalidades de Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.Desarrollar un plan de implementación detallado para asegurar una transición suave y eficiente al nuevo sistema.Implementación y Optimización:Implementar Dynamics Business Central, asegurando que todas las áreas clave de la empresa estén integradas y funcionando de manera óptima.Capacitar al personal en el uso del nuevo sistema y proporcionar soporte durante la transición.Monitorear y ajustar el sistema según sea necesario para optimizar el rendimiento y satisfacer las necesidades cambiantes del negocio.Mínimo de 4 años de experiencia con Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.Fuerte comprensión de los procesos financieros, de ventas, compras, logstica y CRM.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con experiencia comprobada en facilitar workshops.Familiaridad con Salesforce CRM es altamente ventajosa.#J-18808-Ljbffr
