R&D Project Manager The R&D Project Manager manages with full responsibility for the results projects in the context of Research & Development. Drives the development of products, solutions and/or services that are right on time and competitive in the market place and/or drives research that ensures Siemens' technological lead position.

In our Onshore Technology team, we are now searching for a Module Project Manager to drive forward top priority projects. We have several open positions across the platform, and all roles are key within the organization.
How to contribute to our vision Module Project Manager has full responsibility for results of projects in the context of R&D across value chain. Main responsibility areas:
Project definition, scope, and change management
Budget planning, tracking, and realization
Development and tracking of overall module plan + alignment with other module plans/Turbine Main Plan(s)
Project breakdown, resource planning + alignment with resource owners
Project execution according to agreed plans and KPIs (Product Cost, Budget, Technical Solution, etc.)
Stakeholder Management: Interface between the organization and external stakeholders
Risk management in close cooperation with Turbine PM and Chief Engineer
Overall responsible for sprint planning and execution in Module, including reporting of sprint status
Make firm agreements with other modules & other business functions delivering technical solutions, critical work and services
What you need to make a difference You have a Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering
Internationally recognised Project Management certification (PMP or IPMA), or an internal company qualification
Cross-functional understanding
You are self-motivated, positive and a driving force in all projects
Work well with structure and are results orientated
Have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
