We have over 15 years of experience in the robotics field and offer daily challenges to everyone in our team to help them grow.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Project Manager with experience in grants, both at the French national and European levels, to support technical, economic, and administrative implementation of projects.
The person will also be responsible for fundraising through French national and international R&D programs (mainly ANR, BPI France, Horizon Europe, Eurostars, and FSTPs).
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects and contributing to PAL Robotics's mission.
They will also play a crucial role in executing the R&D strategy and roadmap specific to France.Primary dutiesContributing to the writing of new grant proposals, mainly in French.Exploring new financing opportunities for R&D activities for France.Preparing business and exploitation plans and IPR agreements.Coordinating and supervising the proper progress of the projects and collaborating in reviewing and submitting reports (deliverables).Collaborating in the financial assessment of the ongoing projects.Engaging stakeholders and maintaining relationships with partners, consortium members, and relevant contacts.QualificationsMandatory RequirementsProficient in French and English.Proven experience in managing EU-funded and national research projects, including H2020, Horizon Europe, Eurostars, ANR, CDTi.Knowledge of EU regulations, reporting requirements, and basic financial management for projects.Applicants need to have a European work permit.Availability to travel.Desired skills/experiencesBachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering in fields related to PAL Robotics' activity is considered an asset (Robotics/SW/Industrial/Electronics).Scientific experience is also an asset.Other languages such as Spanish, Catalan, or Italian are a plus.Soft skills: communication, leadership, motivation, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, team player.Additional InformationJob conditionsWe offer:You will be part of a dynamic and international team in a constantly growing and developing environment in a fulfilling and inclusive equal opportunity workplace.

37.5 hours/week - At PAL, we believe in work-life balance and in order for every one of our employees to benefit, from 2024 we have pledged to work 2.5 hours less every week.Friday afternoons off26 labour days of holidays per year.Possibility for flexible remuneration.Possibility of continuous training.A large workspace with a terrace and views of sunny Barcelona.Regular corporate events and team building.Possibility to apply for payments in kind and the possibility of further training.The compensation package will be evaluated according to the relevant experience.
