Job Title: National Trade Marketing Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Marketing Department as National Trade Marketing Manager located in Mumbai.

Role Overview:

The Design and Execution arm responsible for establishing best-in-class sales systems & processes, channel infrastructure, channel development programs, and build the sales team's overall capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Urban and Rural GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies
  • Select Town Classes and frequency for Rural GTM
  • Determine the level and quality of manpower required for Rural and Urban GTM
  • Manage the channel structure and inputs
  • Develop program structures to drive Wholesale/Superstores/Chemist programs
  • Own the visibility implementation
  • Roll out DMS (Data Management System) and other Sales IT initiatives
  • Monitor results and plan distribution drives and offtake activities
Individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Meet channel and program sales targets and evolve distribution parameters
Key Success Factors:Education:
  • University degree or above
  • Prior MBA Degree preferred
Experience:
  • Previous experience in General Trade in FMCG industry (6+ years)
  • Previous experience in Regional SDTM (Sales Distribution Trade Marketing) roles
  • Deep analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Good command of MS Office package (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
