About the roleWe are looking for an R&D Technician specialised in microbiology and fermentation to work at our site in Granada.
Key responsibilitiesImplementation of laboratory techniques, pilot plant and analytical methods required in their position in the field of development of ingredient production processes and/or applications and/or analysis of ingredients, active compounds or biomarkers from biological samples and/or in vitro assays.Carry out fermentation processes on a laboratory or pilot scale following technical protocols and/or instructions from the supervisorApplication of laboratory analytical protocolsResponsible for the use, condition, controls and stipulated maintenance of the equipment used in the development of its activity: order, cleanliness and good use of measuring devicesUpdated inventory and control of raw materials and reagents.Attendance to industrial tests for plant implementation of the processes developedReport deviations or anomalies detected in the system.Distribution and collection of study material and samples.Qualifications and skillsEssential FP2 in a scientific field, preferably microbiologyExperience in microbiology and fermentationMedium level of spoken and written EnglishPlanning and organisationProactivityCommunication and dialogue. Interdepartmental relationsTeamwork and autonomy.Detail orientation and concern for continuous improvement.Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
