Job descriptionWe are looking for an Administrative Manager who can ensure the company runs smoothly to meet daily business operations requirements. The job will be ADMINISTRATIVE WORK that will keep the company's foundation strong.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication with clients via the company emailManage and follow up on material purchasingBe on top of the permits and licenses (renewing & reporting)Submit required documents and sampling for PEZA, DENR, LLDA, PDEA and DOLE reporting.Human resources work such as recruitment and training, logistics (export and import), overseeing maintenance and employees.QualificationsStrong operational and managerial skills of Administrative WorksBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceOrganized and proactivePhysically fit3 years experiencePreferably residing in Carmona, Biñan or nearby.Working ScheduleMonday-SaturdayJob Type: ContractSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Admin Manager: 3 years (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
