Por eso en Wetaca cocinamos para que comas lo que te gustaría cocinar, para que comer sea un sinónimo de disfrute, bienestar y tranquilidad.Somos una suscripción de tápers a domicilio - cocinamos con ingredientes naturales (sin aditivos ni conservantes, cocinado todo desde cero) la comida real, variada y rica para que cuando nuestros clientes no puedan (o no sepan, o no quieran) cocinar, reciban los tápers adaptados a ellos. Nuestro objetivo es que confíen en nosotros y nos deleguen el preparar su comida, que sepan que We Ta ke Ca re, que nosotros nos encargamos de todo.Buscamos a un Growth Manager para que se incorpore en el área de Marketing y lidere junto con la CMO el canal de captación de Member Get Member. En Wetaca, el canal MGM hoy supone un 20% de la captación, por eso buscamos a una persona analítica, reflexiva, ambiciosa y resolutiva que maximice el potencial de este canal llevando a Wetaca al siguiente nivel.Alguien resiliente y perseverante, con una mente creativa y proactiva. Una persona que no solo se sienta cómoda, sino que disfrute enfrentando nuevos desafíos en un entorno altamente dinámico.Requisitos Tienes al menos 3 años de experiencia demostrable en Growth, idealmente con experiencia en startups y casos de éxito .Has estudiado marketing, ADE, psicología y neuromarketing/behavioural economics.Cuentas con experiencia en estrategias de adquisición de usuarios, análisis de patrones de comportamiento y estrategias de pricing/promociones.Tienes dotes creativas para desarrollar estrategias de crecimiento.Experiencia en análisis de datos y ROI.Estás alineado con nuestros principios: user-centric, data-driven y agile.Ah y no podía faltar... Te encanta el mundo de la comidaResponsabilidades Formarás parte del equipo de marketing y reportarás directamente a la CMO. Serás responsable del canal member get member, que hoy supone el 20% de toda la captación. Esto implicará:Estarás a cargo de la investigación e identificación de oportunidades para aumentar la cantidad de clientes nuevos que vienen por el canal MGM con un análisis tanto cuantitativo como cualitativo.Analizarás la interacción y datos de usuario para encontrar patrones de comportamiento y definición de clusters y touch-points.Plantearás hipótesis data-driven realizando estimaciones de impacto para hacer crecer el canal.Desarrollarás estrategias de crecimiento innovadoras como estrategias de promociones, programas de gamificación o estrategias de persuasión/marketing conductual.Elaborarás prototipos junto con diseño e ingeniería.Analizarás resultados obtenidos y aplicarás la mejora continua
