El rol: Actualmente nos encontramos buscando un/a Head of infrastructure  con experiencia comprobada en diseñar, implementar y gestionar estrategias que sean robustas, escalables y seguras.
La persona ideal debe tener la capacidad de optimizar el rendimiento y los costos, garantizar la alta disponibilidad de los sistemas y promover una cultura de excelencia operativa.
Además, buscamos a alguien con experiencia en la construcción, liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos de alto rendimiento, alineados con las necesidades actuales y futuras de la organización.
¿Cuál será tu misión?
Definir e implementar una hoja de ruta de infraestructura a largo plazo alineada con los objetivos del negocio.
Evaluar y adoptar tecnologías emergentes para mejorar la escalabilidad, el rendimiento y la eficiencia de costos.
Construir, liderar y mentorizar un equipo de infraestructura de alto desempeño.
Diseñar y supervisar el despliegue de sistemas escalables, seguros y confiables.
Garantizar la estabilidad, disponibilidad y rendimiento de los sistemas de infraestructura críticos para el negocio.
Implementar soluciones robustas de monitoreo y observabilidad para asegurar la salud de los sistemas.
Optimizar recursos y gestionar presupuestos de infraestructura, controlando costos y maximizando la eficiencia.
Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de ingeniería, DevOps y producto para satisfacer las necesidades de infraestructura.
Lo que te hará triunfar: Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Head of Infrastructure o rol equivalente, liderando equipos y estrategias tecnológicas.
Sólida trayectoria en DevOps, con al menos 10 años de experiencia en la implementación y gestión de infraestructuras.
Habilidad para construir y liderar un equipo de infraestructura, con capacidad para visualizar necesidades y definir un roadmap a largo plazo.
Experiencia coordinando con proveedores y stakeholders, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
Persona organizada, metódica y con capacidad para gestionar retos complejos de forma estructurada.
Visión estratégica para optimizar costos y escalar la infraestructura, alineada con el crecimiento exponencial de la empresa.
Persona acostumbrada a trabajar en entornos dinámicos y de rápido crecimiento, como startups en expansión.
