En este rol, serás clave para conectar tecnología y producto, desarrollando soluciones digitales centradas en las personas usuarias.Trabajarás con un equipo multidisciplinar, formando y guiando tus propios squads, asegurando un desarrollo constante y alineado con los objetivos y la visión de Musky.ResponsabilidadesVisión y estrategia técnicaLiderar la visión técnica del producto digital, alineando objetivos del producto con la estrategia del negocioProveer soluciones técnicas y ser referente en decisiones claveOptimizar y actualizar el stack tecnológico para un rendimiento óptimoTech Stack actual: Django, AngularJS, Kotlin, Swift, Azure CloudGestión del desarrollo del software y estructuraLiderar el ciclo completo de desarrollo de las plataformas de Musky, garantizando entregas puntuales y de calidadDiseñar y mantener una infraestructura segura, escalable y eficiente mediante buenas prácticas de desarrollo, DevOps y ciberseguridadEstablecer estándares de arquitectura para optimizar rendimiento y modularidadGestionar el presupuesto del área, maximizando la eficiencia en infraestructura y herramientasProductoJunto con la persona responsable de producto, definir la visión y prioridades, guiando técnicamente al equipo a lo largo del ciclo de vida desde la conceptualización hasta la producción y el lanzamientoLiderazgo y gestión de equiposFormar, gestionar y motivar a un equipo técnico, asegurando que cada miembro del equipo reciba el soporte y desarrollo profesional adecuadoFomentar una cultura de trabajo positiva, de calidad y de alto rendimiento, promoviendo los logros del equipo tanto a nivel interno como externoDefinir métricas clave para el producto y el equipo de tecnología, asegurando un monitoreo y reporte constantes.RequisitosMás de 8 años de experiencia profesional liderando y ejecutando desarrollo de software, con dominio de nuestro stack (o tecnologías equivalentes)Nuestro stack: Django, AngularJS, Swift, Kotlin, Azure CloudExperiencia en gestión de entornos cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), incluyendo estrategias de migración, optimización de costos, seguridad y escalabilidad.Experiencia desarrollando productos orientados a usuario final (B2C), contando con conocimientos profundos en product management (sprints conceptuales, ciclos de creación y lanzamiento, y mejora de las características del producto)Capacidad para implementar buenas prácticas, medidas de ciberseguridad y prácticas DevOpsExperiencia gestionando equipos técnicos con reportes directos, con un enfoque hacia la colaboración interdisciplinaria y metodologías ágilesCapacidad analítica y de decisión, orientación a resultados y pensamiento estratégico.Nivel avanzado de castellano e inglés, tanto oral como escritoValorable:Valoramos especialmente experiencia en productos mobile/appExperiencia en el sector seguros o mascotas es un plusBeneficiosForma parte de un proyecto y equipo ambicioso y colaborativoModalidad de trabajo y horario flexibles25 días de vacaciones, más 5 días adicionalesOficinas en el centro de BarcelonaCompensación competitivaProgramas de bienestar y desarrollo profesionalEstamos comprometidos en construir un equipo diverso, inclusivo y auténtico.
