Receive invaluable training across multiple exciting specialties from some of the most skilled surgeons in the country as part of your employment.Job Duties Delivers top notch and highly professional patient care to patients and provides the best experience to their families while in our clinic/ inpatient setting.Assess and diagnose patient conditions and develop and implement a treatment plan in collaboration with physicians.Provide personalized patient education and counseling to patient and family member/ caregiver.Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with all patients.Closely monitors patient safety at all timesWork closely with all surgeons and communicate timely and professionally to ensure care continuum for all patients is met.Adheres to all required documentation within EMR and ensures professional and timely completion of all notes.Strong ability to respond quickly, effectively and with equanimity to member crises and life situations.Adheres to Standard Precautions and safety policy and procedures at all times.Uses, protects, and discloses organization's patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
