Context And Mission
We are looking for a candidate to manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of research projects (European and National) within the BSC's Project Management Office (PMO), from the preparation of proposals to the execution and closing of projects.
Key Duties
Detect, communicate and explore funding opportunities for the assigned research groups.
Project Coordination: Plan resources, monitor progress, communicate with stakeholders, and prepare periodic reports.
Proposal Management: Lead the management section of project proposals and ensure administrative requirements are met.
Collaborate to improve PMO operations and establish good relationships with research groups.
Contract Management: Negotiate and supervise contracts ensuring BSC's interests are protected.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience:
At least three years' experience in research project management.
Experience with European Commission funded projects is an advantage.
Fluency in English.
Competences:
Excellent communication skills.
Willing to travel.
Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Conditions
Full-time contract (37.5h/week) with a good working environment.
Open-ended contract linked to project and budget duration.
23 paid vacation days plus additional holidays.
Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Starting date: 1 November 2024.
