Sarena de Muro Mallorca Resort Destination by Hyatt is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and contribute to the success of our relaxed luxury property. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hotel's business goals. Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal controls, and Hyatt standards. Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives. Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk. Collaborate with executive leadership to drive profitability and growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 4+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of financial management systems and tools. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills. Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments. Expertise in financial compliance, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
