Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our wealth management consulting team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new client appointments for our wealth management consultants, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and businesses. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, scheduling consultations, and ensuring that the consultant's calendar is filled with qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce wealth management services and set up appointments for consultants.

Lead Generation: Work from provided lists, CRM systems, and client referrals to identify potential clients.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the calendar of the wealth management consultant, ensuring timely follow-up with prospects.

Client Follow-up: Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or messaging to confirm appointments or reschedule as necessary.

Maintain CRM System: Keep accurate records of interactions, call notes, and outcomes in the company's CRM system.

Qualification of Leads: Ask appropriate questions to pre-qualify prospects and ensure they meet the criteria for the consultant's services.

Performance Reporting: Provide daily or weekly reports on call activity, appointments set, and any challenges encountered.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in the financial or wealth management sector).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor and strong listening abilities.

Sales-Driven: Must be comfortable with cold calling, making outbound calls, and achieving daily/weekly appointment goals.

Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and handle a busy calendar.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, email systems, and calendar management tools.

Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Self-Motivated: Must be a self-starter who can work independently and in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with wealth management, financial services, or high-net-worth client bases.

Strong sales background or experience in lead qualification and customer engagement.

Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Compensation:

Base Salary: €2,000 pro-rata depending on hours

Performance Bonus: OTE

Monday to Friday

Spanish not required

Experience:

Tele Sales or Finance: 1 year (Preferred)
