The Supply Chain and Manufacturing Functional Lead will be responsible for collecting requirements and writing functional specifications on supply chain and manufacturing KPIs. This role will primarily focus on functional aspects, with minimal technical work required. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and experience with relevant tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyse business requirements related to supply chain and manufacturing KPIs.
Write detailed functional specifications based on collected requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements.
Provide functional expertise and recommendations for supply chain and manufacturing processes.
Utilize tools such as Kinaxis, SAP, or Quality Management Systems to support functional tasks.
Leverage Snowflake and Power BI for data analysis and reporting as needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications: Proven experience in supply chain and manufacturing functional roles.
Strong knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing KPIs.
Experience with Kinaxis, SAP, or Quality Management Systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Snowflake and Power BI.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills: Kinaxis, SAP, or Quality Management Systems experience.
Familiarity with Snowflake and Power BI (little technical work expected).
