El The Green Recruitment Company busca a un profesional apasionado y dinámico para el cargo de Project Manager en una constructora líder en Cataluña.

Descripción del Cargo:

Se requiere experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos solares, con un mínimo de 2 años en cargos similares. Deberá tener conocimientos profundos en procesos EPC, gestión de contratos y tecnología solar y eólica. Además, deberá ser capaz de gestionar proyectos complejos y diversas partes interesadas.

Responsabilidades:
  1. Gestión de la construcción de plantas FV: Supervisar el desarrollo de la planta y garantizar que se cumplan los plazos y presupuestos establecidos.
  2. Coordinación de equipos multifuncionales: Liderar a equipos interdisciplinarios y asegurar que trabajen en armonía para alcanzar los objetivos comunes.
  3. Gestión de riesgos y problemas: Identificar y abordar riesgos y problemas potenciales que puedan afectar al proyecto.
  4. Comunicación con autoridades y empresas: Mantener la comunicación efectiva con autoridades y empresas de servicios públicos sobre permisos y cumplimiento normativo.
  5. Coordinación con el equipo de compras: Trabalbar con el equipo de compras para obtener los componentes necesarios para el proyecto.
  6. Informe al director del proyecto: Presentar informes periódicos al director del proyecto y a la alta dirección sobre el progreso del proyecto.
Requisitos:
  1. Experiencia laboral: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos solares, incluyendo proyectos en tierra de más de 10 MWp.
  2. Conocimientos técnicos: Conocimiento en profundidad de procesos EPC, gestión de contratos y tecnología solar y eólica.
  3. Habilidades personales: Capacidad para gestionar proyectos complejos y diversas partes interesadas.
  4. Lengua y viajes: Inglés fluido y disposición para viajar cuando sea necesario.

Cualidades: El candidato ideal será alguien apasionado por la sostenibilidad y con habilidades sólidas en liderazgo, resolución de problemas y comunicación efectiva.
