WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are on the lookout for a highly skilled designer and thinker adept at taking charge and driving success for a technologically complex product catering to sophisticated customers.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play an essential role in evolving the design of Instagram Message Marketing, Manychat's flagship product area.
You'll be directly reporting to Tim, our visionary Head of Design, who previously led UX and HMI at Arrival, revolutionizing the commercial vehicle industry.

Learn from and collaborate with some of the brightest product minds in the industry.Work on the cutting-edge product used by millions around the world.Be part of a fast-growing company that is making a real difference in the world.WHAT YOU'LL DO High Level Design Craft: Take charge of UX for Instagram Message Marketing – a major revenue driver at Manychat.Clear Communications: Present design concepts and advocate for your decisions to various stakeholders.Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Research, Product, Localization, Sales and other teams to align product design strategy with the business goals.Measurable Impact: Drive and own the product design impact within your domain.Culture and impact: Build a strong foundation with human-centered design, cultivate innovative and creative thinking, and guide other designers to enhance their skills.WHAT YOU'LL BRING Exceptional Product Design IC:Significant experience in product design craft in a tech company.XFT Communications:Experience closely collaborating with people in various product and business roles.Metrics and Data:Demonstrated understanding of how to measure success and impact of product design.Presentation and Argumentation:Experience in presenting product design concepts and clearly articulating your decisions to various stakeholders.WHAT WE OFFER We care about your growth, well-being, and comfort Candidates outside of Barcelona can start onboarding and complete the probation period remotely with further relocation to the city for a hybrid work format.Professional development budget for relevant conference tickets, training programs, or courses.Flexible benefits plan to choose the perks that fit your needs.Health insurance including dentistry, psychology sessions, nutrition consultations, surgery, and travel assistance.Hybrid work format to choose between home and office.Manychat is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
