We are dedicated to enhancing the user experience of a decentralized, censorship-resistant, and democratic internet.Who are we looking for?We're looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. Ideal candidates are proactive and able to contribute expertise to successfully design graphics that help communicate our giving message. Your responsibilities would include:Conceptualizing visuals based on requirementsTesting graphics across various mediaDeveloping illustrations, logos and other designsDesigning, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, infographics and promotional artwork, and informative ebooksReviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvementWorking with other teams and overseeing the smooth implementation of new contentProviding advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional eventsEnsuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandMinimum Requirements:Proven graphic designing experienceA strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphicsFamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and 3D software is a big plus)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesPay and PerksFreedom of a flexible work schedule.Work in the remote location of your choice; ideally between Europe,North America, and South America.Crypto payment.Additional compensation package of tokens - reap the rewards of what you help createFlexible vacation time - because the personal/work life balance matters.The ecosystem of decentralized technology is quickly expanding in Web3, Open Source, and beyond.
