Sales Representative (English and Spanish Speaking)

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative focused on Constructor Tech Learning product portfolio to join our international team and help us grow revenue across the Americas (North & Latin America).
The role requires someone motivated, organized, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.
Proficiency in English & Spanish is required (Portuguese is a plus).Working schedule: flexible hours aligned with US business hours.Job Overview : As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with qualified leads generated by the Business Development team, schedule technical demos, nurture relationships, and close smaller deals in the Americas region.
For larger opportunities, collaboration with the Account Executive team is essential to ensure successful handoffs.

Duties & Responsibilities : Identify and follow up on sales opportunities through calls, emails, and lead nurturing.Organize and conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs.Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in the CRM for small to medium-sized opportunities.Manage and develop new and existing business opportunities.Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients.Own the sales cycle for smaller deals, ensuring timely closure.Maintain accurate records of interactions, demos, and deals in the CRM system.Achieve and surpass quarterly sales targets and activity metrics.Provide feedback to optimize sales processes and client engagement strategies.Required skills and qualifications include:
Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal); proficiency in Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.Ability to understand and explain technical products.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous but not mandatory.Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales roles.What We Offer Constructor promotes equal opportunity and diversity.
