**Job Description**:**Location**:Madrid, ESEl Visuals Editor es responsable de la selección y producción de contenidos visuales innovadores en distintas plataformas (redes sociales, vídeo, digital, impreso, experiêncial, etc.) que cumplan las normas de integridad de la marca y de calidad de la producción, respetando los plazos y el presupuesto.Principales responsabilidades:- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los editores para comprender las necesidades visuales/fotográficas de los proyectos asignados.- Revisar periódicamente las carteras y entablar relaciones con agencias y fotógrafos.- Presentar ideas multiplataforma que se ajusten a la identidad de marca y a la estrategia visual establecida.- Asumir todas las responsabilidades, incluyendo la obtención y el seguimiento de toda la investigación, la selección de imágenes, los créditos (incluidos los derechos del propietario, el fotógrafo y el artista, entre otros) y la carga/publicación del CMS en todas las plataformas.- Apoyar todos los aspectos de la producción de sesiones fotográficas multiplataforma, garantizando que el concepto creativo se mantenga desde el briefing hasta la entrega final, incluyendo:- Elaboración de listas de fotógrafos y creación de paneles visuales-- Contratación de equipos y establecimiento de contactos con agentes, fotógrafos, estudios, estilistas, peluquería/maquillaje, catering y otros proveedores a lo largo de todo el proyecto.-- Creación y mantenimiento de plazos, calendarios, presupuestos, listas de rodaje, call-sheets y otros documentos de producción, compartiendo y comunicando de manera proactiva esta información a todas las partes interesadas en el proyecto.-- Asistir y gestionar la producción en el plató, según las necesidades.-- Colaborar con los miembros de CNE para garantizar una sinergia adecuada entre la producción fotográfica y de vídeo.-- Coordinar el proceso de posproducción para la selección y entrega final de fotografías en alta y baja resolución.-- Contribuir al seguimiento y mantenimiento del presupuesto fotográfico en todas las plataformas, ejerciendo un buen criterio a la hora de reportar a la dirección del área y al equipo financiero.- Garantizar los contratos, las tarifas fotográficas y los derechos de uso de todas las imágenes (producidas e identificadas), en colaboración con los equipos de asuntos jurídicos y comerciales de CN.- Garantizar el seguimiento y la tramitación puntual de todas las facturas, así como el cierre correcto y eficaz de los trabajos.**Requisitos**:- De 3 a 5 años de experiência en producción fotográfica/visual o en un ámbito relacionado, con conocimiento de diversas colecciones de imágenes, agencias de stock, fotógrafos, estilistas, etc.- Sólido criterio editorial con experiência demostrada en la elaboración de reportajes visuales en distintas plataformas.- Persona muy motivada, con iniciativa propia y capacidad demostrada para gestionar múltiples proyectos, prioridades y plazos en un entorno matricial de ritmo rápido.- Capacidad de organización y atención al detalle.- Capacidad de comunicación y colaboración.- Estilo de trabajo que combine el espíritu emprendedor con el rigor operativo.- Pasión por la fotografía y la ilustración de diseño, jardines e interiores.- Conocimientos básicos de los derechos de los artistas y del proceso de compensación que forma parte de los derechos de imagen.What happens next?- Condé Nast is an equal opportunity employer.
