ARQUITECTE JÚNIOR
TÈCNIC/A JÚNIOR PER A LA GESTIÓ DE PROJECTE I POSTVENDA:
Assistance al departament tècnic en la gestió tècnica de la promoció immobiliària residencial, des de l'estudi de la viabilitat del producte, desenvolupament del Projecte Bàsic i Executiu, seguiment i gestió de l'execució de l'obra fins la entrega del producte acabat.
Responsable de la gestió de la postvenda, gestionant, controlant i donant resposta a una correcta postvenda, des de la entrega al client del producte immobiliari, recepció d'incidències, visita al client, trasllat d'incidències a Constructora, seguiment i donant resposta fins a la resolució i tancament final de la postvenda.
Requisits:
Títol d'Arquitecte Tècnic, enginyer de la edificació.
Nivell Natiu de Català i Espanyol.
Coneixements informàtics OUice-Autocad.
Carnet de conduir i vehicle propi.
Es valorarà experiència prèvia mínima de 4 anys, en execució d'obres en empreses constructores o promotores, i gestió de postvenda.
Condicions que ofereix l'empresa:
Jornada completa.
Dilluns - Divendres.

Previsió d'incorporació: 15 dies.
Tipus de contracte: Indefinit.
Salari: A convenir en funció de l'experiència i competències demostrables.

Estudis:
Arquitectura Tècnica amb titulació Arquitectura Tècnica.
Enginyeria Tècnica amb titulació Obres Públiques.
Experiència laboral:
Es valorarà experiència prèvia mínima de 4 anys, en execució d'obres en empreses constructores o promotores, i gestió de postvenda.
Nivell d'experiència: Tècnic / Especialista.
Anys d'experiència: 4 anys.
Idiomes:
Anglès: B1 - Intermedi (Valorable).
Castellà: C2 - Expert (Imprescindible).
