Hacer las gestiones oportunas con los diferentes Departamentos para su correcta actualización Conocer la situación de los alquileres de la Compañía, manteniendo los contactos para gestionar las diferentes propuestas de negociación de precios, renovaciones, interposición de demandas, etc Gestión y supervisión de los contratos y posteriores adendas elaboradas conjuntamente con Area Jurídica. Supervisión de los impagos y del proceso de reclamación de los mismos Identificación de intervenciones en los activos que maximicen su valor e incrementen satisfacción de los usuarios Seguimiento con el Departamento Financiero de los procesos de Impairment y due-dilligence Proporcionar una dirección estratégica sobre permisos ambientales y esfuerzos de cumplimiento normativo para la inversión en nuestra Red y de acuerdo a las normativas UE, incluyendo las evaluaciones de impacto ambiental. Colaborar con el equipo de la UE en áreas como energía, nuevas soluciones de movilidad, gestión de residuos, etc. Ayudar a facilitar el crecimiento del programa ambiental dentro de la red First Stop y los equipos de operaciones a medida que la compañía continúa creciendo en esta área. Dar soporte en conjunto, D. G y Legal en transacciones, alquileres, prórrogas rentas de locales: Coordinar en materia de Real Estate, en las diferentes transacciones, gestión de alquileres, prorrogas de rentas de los locales tanto propios como alquilados. En función de la diferente transacción o acción que se produzca con un local de la red, se informa a dirección de cualquier cambio, posible interés o modificación que pueda surgir, para que ellos tomen una decisión para su aprobación o medida a tomar en función de la situación presentada. Soporte y asesoramiento a la Red Partner reformas y remodelaciones de talleres propios que se encuentran alquilados a Partners.  Dar soporte a la red Partner independiente que solicita asesoramiento a través de peticiones a los RBC de cada zona, en materia de realización de mejoras y optimización de instalaciones. Realización de Layout ( Autocad) de nuevas instalaciones, por una optimización o reforma que vayan a realizar Experencia
