Reportando a Housekeeping Executive, estas son algunas de las responsabilidades y funciones:
Supervisar el desarrollo del trabajo en el transcurso de cada turno, verificando el cumplimiento y la calidad de éste en todas las tareas y todas las categorías que tiene a su cargo.Supervisar la formación de cada persona del departamento.Preparar horarios y organizar turnos del día siguiente en función de la ocupación del hotel en cada momento.Hacer todos los cambios de turnos, pasando correctamente toda la información.Supervisar a todo el personal que lleva a su cargo y hacer las evaluaciones periódicas establecidas de cada uno de ellos.Supervisión de las habitaciones de cliente y las de salida.Revisar diariamente que en todas las áreas públicas incluido restaurante, oficinas, salones, etc. se cumplen los requisitos necesarios.Establecer programas de limpiezas a fondo.Dar el seguimiento necesario para que se mantengan los estándares de limpieza marcados.Revisar que todas las áreas (restaurantes, oficinas, etc.) han sido correctamente limpiadas y ordenadas según los estándares, asegurando que se cumplen los procedimientos al día.Asegurar que disponemos en los offices de los amenities, material de limpieza, complementos, lencería, etc. necesarios y que éstos se mantienen limpios y ordenados.Controlar y supervisar el correcto uso de llaves, móviles, etc. que usa el personal.Registrar y almacenar los objetos olvidados por los clientes.Asistir en todos los inventarios que se realicen en el departamento cuando sea requerido.Apoyar al Housekeeping Executive en sus funciones diarias y en la toma de decisiones aportando ideas y soluciones.Requisitos: Tener conocimientos de Microsoft Office.Tener conocimiento de OPERA.Nivel alto de español e inglés.Experiencia de al menos 1 año en puesto similar.Poseer fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de resolución de problemas.Contar con capacidad para trabajar bien bajo presión en un entorno dinámico.
