Con sede central en Barcelona, y presencia internacional.Ofrece servicios de marketing con su aplicación basada en inteligencia artificial, con el objetivo de maximizar los beneficios a sus clientes (pymes y autónomos), es por eso que estamos buscando un referente que ayude a construir el equipo.Rol:Buscamos un/a Product Marketing Manager con la principal misión de ser el principal responsable de las soluciones de Marketing Digital que nuestro partner ofrece a sus clientes, liderando un equipo de entre 3-4 Product Marketing Specialists.Tareas:Liderar equipo de 3-4 Product Marketing Specialists.Liderar de forma integral nuestras soluciones de Marketing Digital, garantizando que cumplen con las expectativas y necesidades de los clientes.Garantizar la correcta implementación y ejecución de los proyectos para cada cliente a nivel de diseño, tono de comunicación, decisiones de marketing, etc.Impulsar las métricas generales de satisfacción del cliente garantizando la calidad del servicio a través del recorrido de cada proyecto, proporcionando actualizaciones periódicas en todos los puntos de contacto de forma directa con el equipo de atención al cliente.Impulsar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio en todos los canales y lograr la mejor productividad, impactando en los tiempos de resolución para el cliente final.Análisis periódico de KPI, conclusiones y propuestas de mejora.Colaborar con otros equipos para contribuir al éxito interno y operativo, especialmente con producción y atención al cliente.Crear reportes de datos que permitan tomar decisiones sobre producto basada en el análisis del feedback de los clientes.Lo que esperamos de ti:Experiencia de +6 años en Marketing Digital.Haber gestionado equipos de 6-8 personas.Haber desarrollado soluciones de Marketing Digital o liderado proyectos de mejora de éstas.Experiencia demostrable en la creación de páginas web (especialmente en Wordpress), gestión de Redes Sociales e implementando estrategias de posicionamiento (SEO).Conocimiento de herramientas como Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google TagManager, Google Ads, Google Looker, Google Merchant.Conocimiento en analítica Web, configuración de trackings de medición, establecimiento de KPI, definición de objetivos.
Análisis periódico de los KPIs y propuestas de mejora.Estar actualizado de las últimas tendencias y novedades del Marketing Digital.Valorable:Gran capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.Experiencia en entornos start up o ambientes ágiles.Experiencia previa en Agencias de Marketing o similares.Qué ofrecemos:Oferta salarial en función de la experiencia aportada.23 días laborables de vacaciones.2 días remoto 3 oficina (Sant Cugat).Team Buildings constantes.Nuevas oficinas.Plan de carrera acorde a potencial en una empresa que no para de crecer.
