Position Overview:
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Presales Consultant with a strong background in device management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the sales process by leveraging their technical expertise to provide comprehensive solutions to their clients. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile, fixed, and IoT device management, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of their device management and service management platform.
Develop and deliver customized proposals and solutions that address customer pain points and drive value.
Assist in the creation of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring that all technical requirements are accurately addressed.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle, including answering customer queries and addressing concerns.
Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to stay updated on product features, enhancements, and roadmaps.
Gather and document customer feedback and requirements to inform future product development.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify and articulate the unique value proposition of their solutions.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote their solutions and engage with potential customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales role, with a focus on device management solutions.
Strong technical background with expertise in mobile, fixed, and IoT device management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Experience with creating and delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities.
