Your mission will be to define and execute a comprehensive community strategy to drive engagement, expand our ecosystem presence, and cultivate ecosystem partnerships—ultimately increasing Qonto#39;s brand awareness and customer acquisition in the Spanish market. You will be part of the Events amp; Projects area inside the local marketing team in Spain - reporting to Cristina Gómez, Events amp; Projects lead, who will provide strategic guidance and support.Ðð»ð§ð» As a Community and Ecosystem Manager at Qonto, you will:- Define and execute a community and ecosystem strategy for Qonto#39;s Spanish market, focusing on developing relationships with potential partners and increasing brand awareness.- Create and nurture a community targeting micro and small businesses (1-9 employees) through targeted events, communications, and networking opportunities.- Develop a systematic approach to follow up with community audiences and create meaningful connections that can bring business opportunities and brand consideration.- Establish Qonto as a key player in the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and creating valuable community touchpoints.- Foster meaningful connections with the community by executing communication strategies across various channels such as emails and social media, while managing community interactions and content creation.Ð What you can expect:- Be part of a dynamic team within Qonto#39;s Spanish marketing department, focusing on community and ecosystem development.- Work in a hybrid model based in Barcelona, providing you the flexibility to manage and execute your responsibilities effectively.- Collaborate with a supportive team led by Cristina, who values strategic guidance and thorough evaluation.- Use a variety of tools and methodologies to enhance community engagement and brand visibility.- Opportunity to build a strategy from scratch and make a significant impact on Qonto#39;s presence in the Spanish market.Ð About your future manager:Your manager will be Cristina Gomez, our Events and Marketing Projects Lead at Qonto.- Her path? Cristina#39;s career journey is rooted in a strong academic foundation and a diverse set of experiences in marketing and event management. She holds a Master#39;s in Corporate Communication from ISEB and studied Audiovisual Media at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.Cristina has extensive experience in the field, having worked in various roles from Marketing Specialist to Marketing Communication Manager across different organizations. Since joining Qonto in March 2021, she has progressed from Events and Ecosystem Manager to her current role as Events and Marketing Projects Lead.- What can she bring to you? Cristina will be your direct manager, bringing a wealth of experience in event production and marketing strategies. Her expertise in leading marketing projects and producing successful events is instrumental in driving Qonto#39;s mission to energize SMEs and freelancers.Cristina has an adaptive leadership style, offering strategic guidance and support tailored to your needs.
