Truck Coordinator

Role Purpose:Serve as the primary contact of drivers, coordinating to align customer needs with daily delivery schedules across all sites and delivery areas. Maintain current records, review driver logs for errors or violations, and monitor hours to ensure compliance.Responsibilities:Build strong relationships with drivers and customers.Facilitate communication to ease the impact of last-minute schedule changes.Participate in various pieces of mandatory training provided and required by the company such as Safety Training, DQMP, SWA, HR learning and development programs, and Food Safety Training.Education/Work Experience:At least a high school graduate or holder of Vocational degree/diploma.At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in logistics and warehouse.Preferred Qualifications:Excellent organizational and time management skills.Knowledgeable in effective electronic communication and MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceLife insurancePaid trainingSchedule:OvertimeRotational shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryOvertime payApplication Deadline: 10/31/2024Expected Start Date: 11/15/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
