We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with advanced algorithmic skills and proven expertise in AWS to join the DEVOPS Business Event team within DataHub.
The team is responsible for managing and producing events from various systems, publishing them to Kinesis or other connectors.
This role is part of a strategic project focused on cloud construction and migration, where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable solutions using AWS.You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications, primarily focused on data processing, automation, and high-performance systems.
The role involves leveraging Python and AWS services to build scalable solutions while ensuring seamless integration and efficient data flow in a cloud-based environment.What will make you succeed in this position?Python: Strong focus on high algorithmic proficiency for the development of complex scripts, applications, and services.SQL: Knowledge of SQL.AWS: Deep experience with the following AWS services:RDS (Relational Database Service)ECS (Elastic Container Service)LambdaVersion Control: Proficient with Git, GitLab.Testing Documentation: Strong skills in writing unit tests, integration tests, and maintaining high-quality documentation.Strong dedication to code quality and a pragmatic approach.Proactive in taking initiatives and proposing advanced solutions.Comfortable handling high levels of complexity and abstraction.Your mission in the role will be:Develop and deploy advanced Python-based solutions.Work with AWS RDS, ECS, and Lambda to design scalable systems.Use Git, GitLab, and GitHub for version control and continuous integration.Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and thorough documentation.About Allianz TechnologyAllianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
