Incorporación directa y posición estable: serás parte de una empresa que apuesta por el talento y el desarrollo a largo plazo, en un ambiente cercano y colaborativo.
Horario flexible: turnos rotativos de 9h a 18h y de 10h a 19h de lunes a domingo, con 2 días de descanso semanales.
Trabaja solo un fin de semana completo y un sábado o domingo cada 2 meses.

Teletrabajo a partir de los 6 meses: una vez consolidados los conocimientos, podrás trabajar 3 o 4 días desde casa, con todo el equipo necesario proporcionado por la empresa.
Oficinas modernas con todas las comodidades: comedor, áreas chill out, futbolín, PlayStation, parking para bicicletas y patinetes.
Salario competitivo de 17.500€ brutos anuales (1.458€ mensuales) + pack de beneficios diseñado para tu bienestar.

¿QUÉ HARÁS?
Crearás relaciones de confianza con los clientes, representando nuestros valores.
Darás soporte técnico especializado sobre dominios, hosting, servidores y más.
Detectarás las necesidades de los clientes y les ofrecerás soluciones, con incentivos por tus recomendaciones.
Gestionarás consultas por correo, chat y teléfono, brindando un servicio integral y personalizado.
Escalarás las consultas más complejas al segundo nivel de soporte cuando sea necesario.
Se valorará: Dominio nativo de catalán y español.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o soporte técnico es valorada, pero lo que más buscamos es tu actitud proactiva y orientación al cliente.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma en un entorno colaborativo.
Alta orientación al cliente: buscamos siempre soluciones en las que todos ganen.
