Station Supervisor

Job DescriptionThe Station Head shall be tasked to manage and lead his/her assigned Last Mile Station by ensuring the welfare of his/her Assistant Station Heads (Branch Custodian & Warehouse Custodians), Riders and Inventory Clerks.The Station Head shall drive achievement and improvement of operational capabilities by taking an active role in resource management (manpower, funds, working environment) and achievement of station targets.In addition, the Station Head will be in charge of assigning ownership and accountability on day-to-day Station operations and adherence to standard operating procedures and directives set forth by the senior management of Last Mile.Minimal Qualifications:BS/BA Degree in any fieldExperience in logistics or e-commerce industries is preferredMinimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the team lead roleExperience in using any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as warehouse management systems, or equivalent is an advantageStation and Personnel Performance ManagementResiding or willing to work in MarikinaResiding or familiar in Tanay, RizalJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleFlextimeOpportunities for promotionSchedule:8 hour shiftShift systemSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryPerformance bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
