We are looking for a Real Estate Content Creator to join our team.
This role is essential in showcasing luxury properties through high-quality video and digital content, elevating our brand's presence across multiple platforms.

Our dedication to excellence and market-leading service has positioned us as a key player in the industry.RESPONSIBILITIESProperty Video Production for Website & PortalsCoordinate and execute three high-end property video shoots per day in collaboration with agents, owners, photographers, and architects.Capture exceptional footage using iPhone 15 Pro & DJI Osmo SE Stabilizer, ensuring each property's finest details are highlighted.Edit videos using iMovie on Mac, maintaining a sleek and professional aesthetic.Upload and manage content on Vimeo and integrate video links into Salesforce.Luxury Content Creation for Social MediaWork with agents and presenters to create engaging, high-quality social media content.Select properties with the most remarkable design and features for tailored marketing campaigns.Use RODE Wireless microphone for superior sound quality in property presentations.Develop premium content formats, including: Architectural showcases emphasizing the home's design and finishes.
Agent-led property walkthroughs for an immersive experience.
Exclusive property presentations targeting high-net-worth buyers.Manage Lucas Fox Barcelona's Instagram and YouTube accounts, engaging with comments, messages, and collaborations.AI-Enhanced Renders & Visual ImprovementsCollaborate with agents and designers to create premium renders of properties.Utilize AI tools via Nodalview to generate visually stunning property images.Ensure all visual content aligns with the high standards of luxury real estate marketing.QUALIFICATIONSExperience in video production, editing, and digital content creation.Strong knowledge of luxury branding and aesthetic presentation.Proficiency in iMovie (or equivalent software) and familiarity with social media content strategies.Detail-oriented with an eye for architectural and interior design.Fluency in Spanish and EnglishAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and a passion for high-end real estate.WHAT WE OFFERFull-time permanent contract (40 hours/week).Competitive salary plus attractive variable compensation.23 days of annual leave + 2 personal days for when you need a break.Weekly language classes during working hours, fully covered by Lucas Fox.Exclusive discounts and perks with premium lifestyle brands, including fitness, fashion, and travel.Extensive training and professional development opportunities.Be part of a fast-growing, multicultural company with room for career growth.A modern, international, and highly professional work environment.A vibrant and dynamic workplace where excellence and creativity go hand in hand.If you have a passion for luxury real estate and the creative skills to bring exceptional properties to life, we would love to hear from you.
