We are constantly moving forward and looking out for a Project Manager to support our growth in the solar industry.
Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of supply projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and commercial feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation for the proper execution of the project
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, third parties/vendors and internal teams
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project documentation and handover certification
Produce progress reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for internal and external stakeholders
Request and select proposals from subcontractors, including contract negotiations
Location: Madrid or Pamplona ; with availability to travel.
Your profile Good educational background, preferably in the fields of science, management or engineering (electrical degree preferred)
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the renewable sector
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the renewable market, especially in the suppliers/EPC scope of work
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English mandatory, Portuguese and Chinese are also a plus)
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
