.Ubicación: Totana (Murcia)Descripción del puestoGarantizar la optimización de los procesos mediante el análisis, diseño, desarrollo, implantación y apoyo de los mismos en todas las áreas de la compañía, alineándose con los objetivos estratégicos de la Dirección.Funciones y responsabilidades principalesLiderar y gestionar proyectos de Mejora Continua: Coordinar equipos de trabajo multidisciplinarios para identificar oportunidades de mejora, implementar soluciones y asegurar la sostenibilidad de los cambios.Implementación del Modelo de Mejora Continua de Procesos: Evaluar las necesidades de cada área, diseñar proyectos específicos, planificar su ejecución y proporcionar soporte continuo utilizando metodologías como Lean o Six Sigma.Formación y comunicación: Asegurar que todos los colaboradores implicados en los proyectos estén adecuadamente informados y formados en el Modelo de Mejora Continua de Procesos, facilitando sesiones de capacitación y talleres.Soporte analítico: Proporcionar análisis de datos y reportes detallados para apoyar a la alta dirección en la toma de decisiones estratégicas y en la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de mejora.Control y reporting: Realizar el seguimiento y control semanal del estado de los proyectos, asegurando la correcta implementación del Modelo OE y reportando los avances y resultados a la alta dirección.Formación en herramientas Lean: Capacitar a los equipos de trabajo en el uso de herramientas y técnicas Lean para fomentar una cultura de mejora continua en toda la organización.Gestión del equipo: Supervisar y apoyar el desarrollo profesional del equipo de trabajo, promoviendo un ambiente de colaboración y crecimiento.Innovación y mejora continua: Fomentar una cultura de innovación y mejora continua, incentivando la participación de los empleados en la identificación y resolución de problemas operativos.Liderar el Cambio Cultural: Actuar como líder del cambio, promoviendo prácticas de mejora continua que fomenten la eficiencia y la innovación en toda la organización.Requisitos mínimos:Ingeniería Industrial con especialidad en organización industrial y/o mecánica/química.Nivel avanzado de inglés.Valorable conocimientos de:Conocimiento de herramientas Lean, Six Sigma, gestión del cambio, Project Management, resolución de problemas.Liderazgo y Gestión de equipos de trabajo.Dominio de herramientas de análisis y optimización de procesos (por ejemplo, Excel avanzado, software de modelado de procesos o análisis de datos).En ICL Murcia, colaboramos con profesionales de la agricultura y de áreas verdes de todo el mundo para crear soluciones innovadoras y sostenibles que aumenten el rendimiento de sus cultivos.
