What will your role look like?
As a Communications Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our communications efforts. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communications, public relations, and social media management. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assist in developing and executing communication and public relations strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote Eticas' mission.
Support the writing, layout, and publication of press releases and blog posts.
Assist in creating, designing, and publishing articles and campaign materials on the website.
Map and maintain a comprehensive database of journalists and media contacts.
Assist with press campaigns by sending emails and coordinating efforts with the team.
Participate in media planning, idea conceptualization, and budgeting for communications campaigns.
Manage the corporate email to ensure inbound communications are directed to the appropriate team member promptly.

Requirements
Must-haves:

Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Completed or in-progress degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated and disciplined.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative on projects.
Alignment with the organization's mission and values.
