This is a great opportunity for a very trend lead denim designer to join a leading, vertically integrated manufacturer, due to company expansion.Working closely with the sales director you will be responsible for designing men's, women's and kids denim products and running buyer meetings with Inditex.Day to day you will be researching the market and carrying out careful analysis to have a strong understanding of the most up to date trends; remaining aware of and implementing direction and innovation across fabric/ washes/ shape; creating on-trend, forward-thinking, yet commercial designs in response to briefs; producing accurate and detailed CADs to present to buyers and technical packs for product development; presenting range to customers in a confident manner; communicating effectively with team members in the UK and Asia; and overseeing the development of sampling, ensuring deadlines are met.If you are passionate, creative and ambitious with a sound knowledge of the denim arena and have worked with Inditex, please apply ASAP as 1st stage interviews are to be held promptly.
