Join our MAHLE colleagues around the world and we will become #StrongerTogether.Your ContributionDeliver training to OEM's and assemblers as per request and business needs.Deploy high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action and improvement.Take control of OEM's claims by escalating to key company areas if necessary.Coordinate with Supply Chain department for parts pick-ups and replacement shipments.Guide customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.Consult with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.Prepare customer reports to track progress on improvement actions.Your Experience & QualificationsMechatronics or Bike industry background (or high knowledge) is required.High School graduate or higher.At least 2 - 3 years experience in customer service environment.MS Office package/ Microsoft Dynamics 365/ SAP.English proficient and German proficient.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Excellent interpersonal and computer skills.Proficient in customer focus skills.Professional and pleasant telephone and face-to-face manner.Availability to travel and visit customers when required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Our OfferWe will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.
