You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/GenAI solutions.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Generative AI to join our innovative team in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge generative AI solutions, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in machine learning and artificial intelligence.Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models, with a focus on generative AI and large language modelsLead research initiatives to explore new techniques in generative AI and contribute to the field's advancementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and servicesOptimize machine learning algorithms for improved performance and scalabilityConduct thorough experimentation and analysis to validate model effectiveness and accuracyStay current with the latest developments in generative AI and machine learning, applying new techniques to ongoing projectsMentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the AI teamParticipate in technical discussions and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersQualificationsMaster's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field5+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 3 years focused on generative AIStrong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorchExtensive experience in developing and deploying large language models and other generative AI systemsDeep understanding of natural language processing techniques and their applicationsProven track record of implementing state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and modelsExperience with version control systems, preferably GitExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challengesStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present complex ideas to diverse audiencesPublication record in top-tier machine learning conferences or journals is a plusAdditional InformationFlexible work model: Working from home within SPAIN - Team is meeting 1-2 times a month.Our BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)About NIQNIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
