Join Ironhack and we guarantee a bootcamp-paced learning experience in a high-growth environment, where we can change the future of education together#Our benefitsRemote-friendly policy for Global Team employees22 working days of holidays per yearFlexi Fridays (6 hour workday)Enroll in our part-time courses for free: learn to code, design, or analyze dataA mentor for the first three months of onboarding#ResponsibilitiesServe as a financial advisor to the CEO and executive team for strategic planning purposes.Lead capital raise processes and M&A dealsDevelop and coordinate all relationships with lending/financial institutionsRepresent the company to banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors and officialsCoordinate, prepare and review the annual, quarterly, and monthly reports (board meetings presentations, investors monthly reporting, consolidated audit, monthly internal reports)Oversee the team of accounting operations, including: payables, receivables, payroll, and tax team.Be responsible for oversight, and management of the organization's business planManage insurance coverage for the organization, including complianceBe responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial information to appropriate groups, including internal parties, government regulators, and outside agenciesOptimize tax and legal global structureManaging cash flowSelect and engage consultants, auditors and other providers#Must havesYou have 3-5 years of experience as a CFO/VP Finance/Head of FinanceYou have 10+ years total accounting or finance experienceYou have experience in building processes and managing teams over 5 peopleYou have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceYou have a Masters Degree, MBA or CFAIdeally you have a background in Big 4Experience in M&A or investment banking will be a plusYou count with outstanding knowledge and understanding of GAAP and IFRS reporting.You have experience coordinating with I.T. staff to manage, implement and/or upgrade the accounting system.
