In our fast-paced, tech-driven environment, we continuously innovate by developing and updating our proprietary modules, along with integrating third-party ones, to enhance game functionalities, ensure precise analytics, and comply with evolving regulations.This dynamic ecosystem requires meticulous coordination to keep our games at the forefront of technology and user experience.We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our Data team andhelp implementing Modules to optimize the way our Production and Growth Operations are working.Based in Barcelona, you will have the opportunity to work in the teamwith the CDO, Data Scientists, Data Engineers andData Analysts as well as with the CMO, Growth Managers and Game Managers.Y our future responsibilities and scope: Close communication and full transparency with the different projects' stakeholdersto clearly explain your solutionsCreating a Roadmapand followup on the projects including continuous syncing and solving issues raised along the wayImplement high end scalable solutions, cost optimized and with high performance.Building prediction models for our players behavior and monetizationMonitoring the results of the different Algorithms and proactively propose ways of improvingaccuracy and reliability for all models and entitiesIntegrate ML Ops practices tostandardize and monitor ourML implementation int Prod ensuringhigh availabilityEnable the game teams improve the experience we give our players based new ML modelsFull accountability on the end-to-end data solutions you implementManage efficiently parallel tasks, being always on top of the weekly work planThe profile we are looking for: Master in Data Science,Engineering or Computer ScienceMore than 3 years of hands-on experience implementing ML models at scaleExperience working with Big Data systems architecture and pipelinesExperience with cloud platforms and their Data/ML services (preferablyGCP)Advanced proficiency and experience inPython and SQL including all ML related librariesExperience integrating Bayesian models in production systemsExperience implementing prediction modelsAutonomy and ability to make decisions and make projects move forward while keeping transparency and continuous updates to relevant stakeholdersAnalytical mindset andgood communication skills: straight to the point, focused on constructive feedback and positive mindsetAt Madbox, we value the mindset and how you can fit with our culture by sharing common values and creating great games together.We are passionate, always pushing to the next level to learn new things
