Key Responsibilities: - Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on menu items and specials. - Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are communicated to the kitchen and bar staff. - Serving: Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation standards are met. - Payment Processing: Handle guest payments, issue receipts, and provide accurate change. Ensure proper use of POS systems. - Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
