Are you an experienced Site Reliability Engineer looking for your next adventure? My client, a leading tech company, is looking to add a Site Reliability Engineering Team Lead to their growing team in Madrid As an experienced SRE Team Lead, you must have at least 5 years of experience in SRE or related fields and 2 years of experience in managing teams. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Linux systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, and databases. Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform). Proven experience in designing and implementing highly available and scalable applications. Strong communication and collaboration skills. BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Extensive experience in SRE and in managing teams. What will make you stand out: Experience with security and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, DORA). Passion for emerging technologies and practices related to SRE and infrastructure. Experience in managing performance, developing career paths, and providing coaching and mentoring.
