This role is crucial for understanding and advocating for our users, ensuring that their needs and experiences are central to our product development. The UX Researcher will be responsible for planning, conducting, analyzing, and reporting on user-centered research. Additionally, they will collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate research findings into the design and development process. The role also extends to projects involving Generative AI, where the researcher will explore and understand how users interact with AI-driven products. It's essential that the AI models and interfaces developed are intuitive, ethical, and meet user needs, with the researcher working closely with our AI development team to provide insights that shape the development of user-friendly, human-centered AI solutions.The Generative AI team we're building will serve as the central hub that collaborates with existing packs in delivering GenAI-enabled solutions in their respective scopes. This team will also identify and lead new GenAI-enabled initiatives and build the backend architecture for serving GenAI models to all teams at scale with controlled cost. This role is part of our "Platform" organization, where our mission is to build systems, tools, and capabilities that empower all our product teams to deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers.What you will be doing: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability studies, interviews, surveys, field studies, and competitive analyses.Analyze research data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
