Nuestra misión es revolucionar la manera en la que las empresas gestionan su área comercial.Ofrecemos una metodología diferencial que garantiza un control absoluto de los equipos comerciales, e impacta directamente en la productividad y en la conversión.A esto le hemos llamado Sistema de Ejecución Comercial / Sales Execution SystemDescripción del puesto:Buscamos un crack Customer Success, preferiblemente con experiencia en el sector B2B SaaS, que se encargará de la relación de Vixiees con los clientes activos, así como de realizar los on boardings de estos en nuestra plataforma.Será tu responsabilidad:Gestionar y coordinar el onboarding e implementación de clientes nuevos, asegurando su adopción exitosa en los plazos establecidos.Dar seguimiento técnico y coordinar necesidades de implementación con clientes actuales, facilitando su evolución dentro de la plataforma.Atender dudas, consultas y tickets de los clientes, resolviendo incidencias de manera ágil y eficaz.Servir como puente entre clientes y los equipos internos de Producto y Ventas, garantizando una comunicación fluida y enfocada en la satisfacción del cliente.Medir y optimizar la experiencia del cliente, supervisando su nivel de satisfacción y proponiendo mejoras constantes.Nos gustaría alguien con:Experiencia de al menos 5 años como Customer Success Specialist o similaresGanas de comerse el mundo Habilidades personales excelentes: comunicación, comprensión, escucha activa, adaptación...Y, obviamente, ofrecemos:Salario competitivoFlexibilidad: somos muy fans del trabajo presencial, es donde se respira la venta.
