Iberia region comprises Spain and Portugal, countries that have seen a significant growth in business combined with the increase in complexity which proofs the need for a dedicated resource.Key responsibilities:Management of tax teamManage the relationship with external advisorsEnsure timely and appropriate support to business on tax aspects (VAT, permanent establishment, WHH, etc)Preparation of corporate tax calculations and accountingEnsure timely preparation of tax provisions under IFRS and local GAAPLiaison with the Group Tax and Group Consolidations teamsSupervision of periodic tax obligations (VAT, IRPF, non resident, etc)SII management and coordinationPreparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations for tax related accountsEnsuring Transfer Pricing documentation is up to date. Preparation of key information for the update of the Local file of Transfer Pricing
